Okay bsky, I'm desperate for an upgrade. My working pc (graphical work, layout, and design) is lagging and I'm frustrated more than not. I'm thinking of buying a portable PC or small PC, maybe a "drawing tablet" (like the Microsoft Sufrace Pro), but DO NOT WANT AI.
