Yea. I feel ya. I do have a fine art photography degree. But I’ve always felt weird about it because it’s not part of that category. It might eventually but photography is still a young art from. Ai is even younger.

Not being apart of that category does not reduce the significance, impact, or value to the work. It’s just a label. So I’m not gatekeeping I’m just stating the fact that AI works (like photographs or 3D models) don’t go in the fine art category. 2/2

I partially agree. Allow me to be more clear. Im not saying your image is not art. No one can dictate what is art, nor what is “good” art (I purpose art can never be “bad”).
However “fine art” is a non subjective category of the arts. It’s an archaic category for sure, but it is well defined. 1/2
