Does anyone have a good remedy for migraines?This is my second day with it. I take meds for it, but it is not touching it. Herbal or natural methods preferred. Thank you for your help.

I took a recent mental break. Yes, I know I was only a missed line in the string of 1's and 0's that makes up the coding our everyday lives. But I needed to step away. To breathe freely. To hide. To leave the shackles of public opinion behind. Now I can brave it all again.

Found out that in church services, attendance is down 30% across the USA, after Covid. Are people becoming more secular or have people just not returned. Note: I am spiritual but not religious. It was just an interesting fact I thought I'd share.

Where do you place pneumonia on the "why is there not a vaccine for this" scale? It is somewhere lower than early flu and 2020 Covid for me.
