I am so angry right now. If you have even a shred of sympathy for ICE, if you ever voted for Trump, if you didn’t vote last election because “both sides are bad,” hell, if you still identify as a Republican right now, kindly show yourself all the way out of my life.

We are not powerless. We can fight. We MUST fight. And those who murder people in broad daylight must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

We are fighting against threats to our democracy.

Threats to the Constitution. Threats to the American dream.

My father came to the United States (legally, as if it even matters anymore) when he was 12. He is an American success story. And now? Now he just wants to go home to Greece.

No, me either. I do like witches, though. The All Souls series by Deborah Harkness is probably my favorite on the subject, although vampires are deeply involved.

Ann Rice’s Mayfair Witches trilogy. I read them just before the TV series launched, because I always like to read the book first. But then I was like, nope, done with this. Never watched the show.
