I guess it works well for people not too familiar with coding and stuff, but when you do learn you start wanting to know exactly what's going on under the hood.
It's a great starting point but learning to code is not as bad as people make it out to be, one just needs the proper determination.

Our current systems just aren't reliable enough, they rely too much on 'probably' being right rather than reliably being right. When we can produce AI that 'knows' things we can then start applying it to the workforce, but now? We should instead be working on it.
