What’s a situation where you always find yourself masking, even when you really don’t want to?

Work meetings? Family catch-ups? Phone calls? School pick-ups? Group hangs? Drop yours in the comments.

Alright my stars of Orion, is it a place, a person, a routine, a special interest, a time of day? Drop your answer in the comments.

Since your autism diagnosis, what’s one “mask” you realised you’d been wearing without even knowing it?

Maybe it was laughing on cue, copying other people’s reactions, pretending you were fine with plans, forcing eye contact, or always being the easy one.

Drop yours in the comments.

Alright my stars of Orion, let’s flip the story for a second. What’s one autistic trait you used to see as a problem that you now recognise as a strength?

Maybe it’s your honesty, your focus, your deep feelings, your routines, your eye for detail. Drop yours in the comments.

Maybe it’s realising how much you masked, how unsupported you were, how often you blamed yourself, or how many times you were misunderstood.

You’re not the only one grieving old versions of yourself, and your words might help another star feel less alone in that process.

let’s talk about the good side of finally having answers. What’s one thing that felt like a huge relief when you found out you’re autistic?

Maybe it was realising you’re not broken, understanding burnout, having a new language for your needs, or finally dropping years of self blame.

Alright my stars of Orion, this one’s for the late diagnosed crew. What’s one thing that helped you accept being late diagnosed autistic?

A moment, a person, a sentence, a video, a meltdown, a win? Drop yours in the comments. Your answer might be the sign another star has been quietly waiting for.

Alright my stars of Orion, let’s talk about the before bit. Maybe it’s about burnout, masking, relationships, work, boundaries, or even how normal your experiences actually are for autistic people. Drop your “I wish someone had told me…” in the comments.
