Dyed my hair in a very cool way and IT ACTUALLY WORKED?? It's still black but like red rooted for Christmas an' the blendin' skills are not bad for an alcoholic with zero skills in anythin' besides complainin' constantly

I have to use a cane now but I made it to tesco and back and got hairdye!!
Managed nearly 4k steps with cane, sciatica an' no pain meds (they will murder me so cannot take them)... more than in over a week. I can't walk more than a couple steps before forced to shuffle anymore

Sorry guys I keep doin' ts but I'm sick again, as in my boss' drove me home not even an hour into work bad... it's literally jus' gut rot, I jus' had a super bad mornin' an' nearly passed out this time is all from the throw up an' post-exertion tryna get to work

I hate what I take from this sickness lately is that at least I still trim off the edges when I go liquid mode when I need to get back to work an' healthy... I wanna stabilise my condition then lose a bit then be comfortable, idk if it's possible with this mentality though...

I miss everyone an' feel like a disappointment - sorry for bein' unable to be here... I got too weak I cannot lie, probably my own fault as I jus' couldn't look after mesen but many are tryna rescue me... I gotta try... for them at least

I kinda miss work but gotta listen to boss if she needs me to be on leave forra few days ig
