Lord knows they have a lot of events. Pride, Festival of Nations, Food Truck Fridays, 5Ks, weddings, hundreds of private events at Stupp and Piper. Issue is they want more and more events. Never enough. So they have keep building, building. And they build cheap nowadays. Not brick. Not stone. CHEAP
