And don't tell me they don't have the money. They always find billions to build new stadiums for wealthy team owners and give tax breaks to companies who never actually build the factories they promise. We could find money for food and medicine. Not doing so is a sin.

Those states are: Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. That's 37% of the US population right there. Dems could help 2 in 5 Americans survive, almost immediately.

I went to an HBCU. There are plenty of reasons to want to go to university with people who share your common heritage. Avoiding ideas that you find uncomfy is not one. University is about being challenged.

I'm not talking about people of the same ethnic background, and neither were you. You explicitly cited opposing political viewpoints as a reason not to attend a certain school. Don't conflate the two things. Also, there's nothing "progressive" about supporting a genocidal apartheid ethnostate.
