Thank you to everyone who joined us for 'In Touch With Horses'. It was a pleasure to host Laura Ní Fhlaibhín and Muriel Foxton for the evening.

Works by Ní Fhlaibhín can be seen in our group exhibition 'Bíodh Orm Anocht', developed in collaboration with EVA International.
Laura Ní Fhlaibhín speaks at Ormston House while seated at a table. Part of her sculpture 'Lick, jump, grow!' is positioned beside her, and her sculpture 'Extendable comb for giant ghost ponies' is installed on an off-white wall behind her. On the table, there are two laptops and an assortment of fruit and eggs. To her right, a TV displays a person with two chestnut ponies. Ní Fhlaibhín has dark, shoulder-length hair and wears an off-white top. Muriel Foxton speaks at Ormston House while standing behind a table. To her right, a TV screen displays the text "IN TOUCH WITH HORSES" over a background of her massaging a grey horse. She has dark hair tied in a bun and wears a dark T-shirt. A close-up of a pair of hands holding a kiwi and massaging it with an index finger. A close-up of an egg white and yolk in a glass container. The container is held in one hand while another hand massages the yolk with an index finger.

'Memory of a Free Festival' is a touring exhibition and event programme presented by Ormston House, featuring artworks by Orla Barry, Brian Duggan, and Alanna O'Kelly.

Launching in spring of 2026, our project draws on the 1978–1981 Anti-Nuclear festivals at Carnsore Point.
Yellow text at the top-left of the image reads 'MEMORY OF A FREE FESTIVAL'. To the right of this text, there is a yellow logo depicting a sun and landscape, with the sky in the shape of a hand. The background is a blurred, black-and-white aerial photograph of clusters of people around a truck and a van.
