thats awesome! Was there a couple months ago and can reccomend for the Epcot part the shiki-sai japanese one!
As for Animal Kingdom, the Mt everest have some nice solo rider queue if thats relevent for you. oh, and that dinosaur thing, the ride is bumpy so keep hold on your things :)
