You don’t think? Is there history with United and TAA that I’m not aware of? Or just the Liverpool thing? I’ve been following United since 2007(?)

No, I get that rivalry part, I just didn’t mention it. I think it’s plausible that United could go after him (not saying they’re now). But he wouldn’t agree to it either.

TAA could be good for United but there’s zero chance Madrid will let him go. Plus he’s injured and hasn’t played since like October. And Madrid also has zero RBs with Carvajal injured

Yeah 100%. I’m contemplating going up to Seattle for a World Cup game. But if I do that, I won’t go up for a Sounders game later in the year. Can’t really afford to do both

I like Nancy, but anybody who says this is a “simple” conversation isn’t thinking about things enough. There’s nuance and advantages to both.

So do they mean World Cup final as in the final game of the World Cup? I have seen the entire World Cup called WC finals. I’m still holding out hope I can go to a group stage game, but not if it’s at those prices

When this comment popped up on my phone, for a quick second, I was like “what?! Dear god no!!”
November 12, 2025 at 7:18 PM
I’m guessing there are no names linked yet?
November 12, 2025 at 7:07 PM
I haven’t seen him play in a while but I’ve always thought he’d be a good get for MLS
November 12, 2025 at 7:05 PM
There was no play for the ball by the defender
November 4, 2025 at 10:10 PM
Get him back!
October 13, 2025 at 5:12 PM
I think it would depend on what the return is. I bet the narrative still nationally is that he’s a good CB. So if the hawks can get a good return, I’d say why not
September 28, 2025 at 4:34 PM
Well I’ll read it and think about it. I still feel like they would have been lucky to get outta there with a draw. But I’m not looking at it analytically, just eye test and emotion. That’s why they pay you the big bucks for the analysis 😀

Ok, then let me ask you, do you feel like it was a decent performance by the Sounders just didn’t get a good result? I guess we’ll find out what you think on the podcast lol
September 22, 2025 at 8:41 PM
Just overall possession and with purpose, I guess. It’s not anything that I can put it in words, usually just eye test
September 22, 2025 at 7:40 PM
Interesting. I thought Sounders weren’t super threatening outside of a few chances, even if they had the ball. The definition of control is probably different than what I think. But I also only watched the game once so I might think differently if I watched again
September 22, 2025 at 7:30 PM
To me it seemed opposite. Sounders had some stretch of good chances but ATX had control of the game. I was pretty frustrated with how we looked the entire game tho, so that may have skewed my perception
September 22, 2025 at 7:09 PM
Maybe dominant is too strong of a word but ATX deserved it I thought
September 22, 2025 at 7:05 PM
I think it’s a way people are coping with the loss. I felt ATX was dominant in the second half and deserved that goal. We looked flat, whether that was Leagues cup hangover or just exhaustion
September 22, 2025 at 7:04 PM
The team looks gassed and possibly uninspired? Definitely lethargic for sure
September 22, 2025 at 4:56 PM
Yes I saw that right after I posted this, of course
September 6, 2025 at 3:51 AM
Isn’t Anthony Bradford questionable too? It would be such a Seahawks o-line thing if the whole offseason people are excited about his development, and he was hurt for extended amount of time
September 5, 2025 at 11:20 PM
His frustration was evident during the game
