I left room for lore: notice the stickers on his prosthetic? 🏷️
Are they hazard warnings? Idol merch? That depends on the owner. Small details define the character.

Redesign isn't rejecting the past. It’s proving that dignity doesn't rust, even in a titanium body.

The palette stays true: black, grey, ochre, and red. But now it’s metal and matte fabrics—colder, sharper.
No useless layers. Straps, fixators, and a cyber-prosthetic instead of a cloak.
But the Katana stays. A warrior is nothing without it.

The Goal: Keep the essence of the "lone swordsman" but move him to a future where honor is paid in crypto.
The silence of tatami is replaced by the hum of the streets. He’s less "head in the clouds," more grounded in reality.
Balance between instinct and tech. ⚔️

I spent about an hour trying to figure out what's wrong with the animation - everything is fine on the model. that is, this lag was only on the record. but why did it appear?

The holographic being idea caught my attention, but it needed a small touch. I made the upper body look like a real-time projection with a solid layer that gives it a more "real" feel. I can already imagine how to rig it! 😎

Goals for this redesign:

- Add some fresh "blood" to make the design stand out.
- Remove elements that didn't fit the lore/setting.
- Break the symmetry and tweak the overall vibe!

Didn’t overhaul - just aged them up. A tweak here, a thought there, and done .D
