Drones over Copenhagen and Oslo airports. Flights diverted. Police and media at the scenes. Spec ops helicopter in standby. Big drones, unavailable to civilians. Capable operators.

Let's see the videos! There's got to be hours and hours of footage from all possible angles, right?

...Right?

Re: Ru violation of Estonian air space on Friday morning. I usually remind commentators about the narrow air corridor between Finland & Estonia, and how Ru mil aircraft fail to stay in it on a semi-regular basis.

This was different. 12 mins for a 110 km trip means those MiGs wanted to cause a fuss.

Russia's Poland drone incursion from last week is being investigated, and watered down. The latest claim is that the house hit by *something* was actually hit by a malfunctioning missile from an F-16.

Dlaczego MON i prokuratura milczą w sprawie zniszczonego domu w Wyrykach? Bo to nie rosyjski dron
Prokuratura utajnia informacje o „niezidentyfikowanym obiekcie latającym”, którego szczątki runęły na dom w Wyrykach na Lubelszczyźnie. Milczy też MON. Według i

A more detailed look at the Russian drone incursion into Poland in the early hours of 2025-09-10.

The attack began already on the evening of 2025-09-09, when Russia launched yet another large-scale, multi-wave UAV attack from its bases bordering Ukraine in the north, east, and southwest.

Taking a look at the Russian Gerbera drone. Quite a design? Inexpensive materials, small 60 cc engine, 18 kg weight. I just couldn't figure out how it cruised 700+ kms across Ukraine at ~100 kmh speed with 10-12L of fuel? Someone smarter than me please estimate the fuel consumption and capacity.

Poland claims they know the drone incursion was no accident. How so?

Extra fuel? Those Gerberas ran out of fuel, even the extra, soon after reaching Polish air space. Judging from the photos, they would've needed the extra for reaching west Ukraine in any case.

Know it in your heart, or as a fact?
We would also wish that the drone attack on Poland was a mistake. But it wasn’t. And we know it.

NATO's Eastern Sentry operation was given green light on Friday afternoon.

Finally.

However, the skies have been unusually busy since the drone incursion in Poland. A lot of equipment has been moving eastwards and up north, esp. from Germany. Looks like the preparations have been ongoing already.

...or Zapad started with Admiral Kuznetsov visiting St. Petersburg?
In Primorsk, Leningrad region, a tanker of Russia’s shadow fleet was hit, causing heavy smoke and an oil spill. A pumping station was also struck. Reports mention three wounded sailors.

Unpopular opinion: Russia is not testing reactions - their strike and decoy drones just overshot western Ukraine.

Most drones were small styrofoam toys with scooter engines, held together by duct tape. It would be a gross waste to shoot one down with a missile.

Russian incompetence at its finest.

Did Ukraine's drone strike against Russian long-range air bases target aircraft only on the apron? Looking at satellite imagery, the majority of equipment in revetments seem intact.
