A) that our bodies are evolved to produce one of two gametes. What sex we have is defined by which one our reproduction anatomy is organized to produce.

The usual definition is what gamete production the body is organized around or specifically for humans chromosomes with XX for female and XY for male although there are exceptions. Regardless of wich definition you choose you can't change it.

Not sure how common ground can be found when some people seem to be living in another dimension where fundamental sex differences doesn't exist. Gonna get worse before it gets better I reckon
