If he's noticed how flustered Wind Shear is, he isn't giving any indication. The background is a simple pink to purple gradient, with a trail of hearts floating by.

something something it's year of the horse. i was wanting to redraw/redesign some of my old pony stuff, so here's...

Silver Lining, a pegasus from Hope Hollow. his actual career is in art, but the talent he got his cutie mark for is his ability to have faith even in dark times.

Two drawings of the same pony, named "Silver Lining"- the one on the left is labelled "2019" and is noticeably old and crunchy... haha. The one on the left is labelled "2026" and, personally, looks a lot better. Both versions feature a grey pony with a gradient to a darker grey on the belly and legs. They both have socks and white spotting, but the new version has much more, resembling a horse with a frame overo pattern. Both versions have a fluffy chin/beard, but the new design opts for more beard coverage as well as a darker color. The pony's tail is curled, a bit like a cinnamon roll. The cutie mark has also been updated. The 2019 version features a cutie mark of a pencil with a speech bubble, while the new version has a cutie mark that depicts light peeking through dark clouds.
