WIP comission, O gauge "Constitution" locomotive, using a Williams 4-6-0 & Lionel general tender. Coming along nicely!

First "public appearance" of my custom G scale Disney "The Brave Engineer" train at friends get together this past weekend. The train isn't 100 percent finished yet, but it's finished enough to show off. Baggage car still needs to be repainted.

First "shake down" test runs w/blunami! Motor was also overhauled with new gears. I still need to hook up the LEDs. The battery lasted 2 1/2 hours before it died (not even a full charge) not bad if I say so myself.

Brave Engineer locomotive is nearing completion, new domes arrived yesterday, backhead is complete (including the tiny model seen in the short) need of paint the domes and permanently mount them.

EGAD!!!

Latest project underway, G scale model of the train from the 1950 Disney "The Brave Engineer" basis is a Kalamazoo G scale 4-4-0 with a new cab, 3D print boiler front, headlight, stack, and numerous other brass detail parts. The goal is to be as faithful as possible! Still a lot of work to do 🙂
