I don't feel I should say exactly what the risks are because they vary by state and I'm not a lawyer. But they are startling in my blue "safe" state. Please, tag real lawyers on Sky who might be willing to do a brief summary of the risks.

Fascinating article. I'm very interested in his service. Recently had a routine talk with my lawyer about legal safety at protests and he told me everything the police are allowed to do with our phones if they detain us. Very eye-opening.
