Just a queer enby tryna make cool art, be rad, do good and sometimes teach band
It is extremely funny that the only non-DW answers are just single word "Angelika" responses with no reasons given, while every other posts just BTFO DW (correctly)

God same. Honestly, the whole Pentagon Dark arc was peak. They really had something special at LU.

Absolutely. @jacobgeller.com's book from Lost In Cult was one of my favourite purchases of the last year. Even if you didn't go as hard in the paint (Jacob went certified 🅱️razy between the guest afterwords and intricate typesetting), a physical collection of doc essays would be an easy buy.

It's, obviously, more about the PS1 in general, but they use Silent Hill 1 as the vehicle to explore the PS1 rendering pipeline, and actually mentions passing SH1 through a rendering debugger to more accurately show the actual rendering it does. Real neat stuff!

There is a Graphics Programming YouTuber who actually just did a video on this, where he breaks down a lot of technical info on how Silent Hill was graphically designed! His channel is Acerola, this is the video: youtu.be/y84bG19sg6U

If you haven't watched @mallbat.bsky.social 's latest video (and it's accompanying prequel), you're missing out.

Man, it's just so much easier to tell people I teach people how to drum or that I play "the drums" then to say "oh, I'm a percussionist" and then have to explain the definition of percussion and then end up just saying "basically, I play the drums" anyways 😭

There's one in Houston too that just says "We're back, can we talk?" And I nearly lost control of my vehicle when I saw that
