An unexpectedly delightful highlight of the day—my first ride of 2026! I kept it short and conservative, yet it was an excellent addition to the ballet warm-up. While the warm-up was indulgent and sensual, only the crisp cold air could deliver the invigorating burst I was seeking.

Some mistakes are constlier than others, as events of recent days show. What to do if we made a decision that resulted in multi-million dollar loss (we are past risk mitigation here, the loss occurred already, either it is a literal or figurative investment)?
