True! I’m removing the term "self-taught" from my brain immediately - it's a lie! I bought dev-books and never read them. Instead, I learnt - and still do - from people who are willing to share their knowledge.

In the last few years, I've been thinking of myself as and telling people that I'm a "community-taught developer".
It seems more honest and seems a better way to acknowledge and thank the people that have helped me along the way...
