My partner hates flowers because they die off and we’re basically killing plants. So I buy trees, house plants and experiences.

The Vatican has it’s own issues and have covered up so many crimes. However, Bannon seeking to revive the pontiff is concerning, I assume it disagreed with the Pope opening the church to be accepting of LGBTQA+ community, even stating “who am I to judge”.

Agreed, there are 42m registered Dem and 36m Rep. Independents 70+m are the group either side has to win. The 36m can be lost and we can still win and fix this broken country.

As I said I will read what you have provided. Not sure why you’re getting heated at me. I’m not opposed to changing my view and this is just discourse.

Democrats are viewed as talking down to people rather than talking with or to people. We need candidates that can articulate and approach the other side or it will just swing back and harder. That’s my opinion and we can disagree

I believe we also need to remove PACs and foreign money influencing our government. Term limits and congressional stock purchases, to have people that will work for us.

I agree with that financial insecurity definitely drives the emotional vote of the people. We need to establish a Nordic Model in this country to maintain the economy and increase our social benefits. I believe we both have the same mindset, I just believe we have have the right communicators.

How did repealing it benefit the country? I’ll take the time to read your suggested papers. However provide me in your words how it benefited our country repealing it.

Fair, maybe honest was not the correct term. It kept news balanced and required a counterpoint to be covered. Removing the FA benefited only furthering propaganda.

It’s not a lie if you believe it.
February 12, 2026 at 1:23 PM
It required them to present both sides of the argument, rather than now they can pump unverified information constantly to further generate the emotional response we see now. I’ve read counterpoints to both sides. It’s obtuse to believe this didn’t harm our political landscape and divide us more

I lived this era. I saw the shift in front of my eyes. It shifted our news from being credible to being profitable. The conservatives were better at weaponizing it.

The Fairness Doctrine kept broadcasters honest. Repealing it made rage more profitable than truth. That’s when journalism started losing to propaganda.
February 12, 2026 at 1:10 PM
Repealing the Fairness Doctrine didn’t create lies. It removed the requirement to challenge them. Once broadcasters weren’t forced to show opposing views, outrage became profitable, propaganda got easier, and “news” turned into tribal content. That’s the real turning point.

I think Radio Stations were a huge impact though. The Fairness Act allowed people like Rush Limbaugh push lies without accountability. AM radio was huge in rural areas and this allowed the Southern Strategy Nixon put in place to be furthered by conservatives in the 80s and 90s.

I would support AOC as well on a ticket. I believe she is incredible.

The further we swing the pendulum the further it will swing the other way. We need to find a balance or it will cause a further fascist state to return in the future. History tells us that. Change can not happen in macros or it creates chaos.

How can we work to help those who need passports? Is there a plan to create donations and documentation support? I’m here to volunteer in the Kentucky area.

Great work, now we need you to answer why your campaign solicited money from Epstein and will you stop taking money from foreign countries.
February 12, 2026 at 12:08 AM
That looks like a good job by a mortician.
February 12, 2026 at 12:01 AM
Well, we have to show in the primaries that we don’t want him. Beshear and Pete should be the ticket.
February 11, 2026 at 11:45 PM
Agreed, he’s just Less Wexner the billionaire creep. His faith and heritage have no meaning to his potential crimes.
