to add it's also in part because my art got a LOT less toony in nature as I progressed as well. the toony aspect of the images really detracted from what was being said, so as it went away, you'd notice how weird and cruel the text was

what sucks is the dialogue was really good at portraying character sometimes, it just fucking sucks that it was littered with so much that made it WEIRD

half of it sounded like the inflation equivalent of "breasted boobily" too. just tryna fit in a buffet of weird adjectives and frankly ruining the piece, the response were flattering because everyone saw allure so i kept it going but I frankly don't care about reception anymore

if a character pops it's toony, they go to the shadow realm and they'll magically "be back in the next episode", it's all very light-hearted. but the dialogue half of the time felt more like they were actually straight up dying which i just wrinkled my nose at more each time
