A periodic reminder that the DOJ lawyers current fighting to strip infants of their constitutional right to citizenship are performing monstrous deeds to promote evil aims and should face shame and disgrace for the rest of their careers. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

Really brutal farewell note by someone fired from the State Department today. Worth reading in full. These layoffs are shameful and will cause immense harm in so many ways.

I just left the Everglades Immigrant Interment Camp. No, I’m not using their ridiculous name. It was a very tough to witness humans in those cages. Every Floridian should be ashamed that our taxpayer money is being used for this.

As Garnet and I noted at the time, this was the inevitable consequence of the Supreme Court’s recent Braidwood decision, which empowered RFK Jr. to effectively seize control of this important panel and start gutting insurance coverage for preventive services. slate.com/news-and-pol...

DOJ whistleblower Erez Reuveni turns over his emails to Congress! Here's one showing how the admin tried to paint Kilmar Abrego Garcia as a "a leader of MS-13," which was shot down since it was clearly made up.

Reuveni says he was fired for telling the truth to a judge.

Update: This happened last night—Senate Republicans went nuclear, overruling the parliamentarian and blowing up the filibuster to repeal California's vehicle emissions standards.

Many Republicans will likely cite this precedent as reason to bypass the filibuster to pass the reconciliation bill too.

Senate Republicans Are Poised to Deal a Shattering Blow to the Filibuster
Throughout the 2024 campaign, GOP senators shouted from the rooftops that they would preserve the tactic if they won back the chamber. Whoops.

The only plausible reason for the Supreme Court to rush out its order at 1 a.m. is that a majority of justices refused to trust the Trump administration's promise that it wouldn't secretly deport migrants without due process.

That alone marks a hugely consequential shift.
