Yeah take a med shield and toro shotgun to Control Tower at night. Good time.

You can take smoke grenades, stun grenades, adrenaline shots, zip lines, robot lure grenades, and more to get yourself out of PvP situations. You can eventually make/get a dial-up antenna that makes you invisible to the PvE enemies. No need to ever PvP, but you may get your round ended by it.

The game is so good. The stories that happen in rounds reminds me so much of the DayZ mod.

Tip for Arc Raiders. When you go to ready up you can use a “Free Loadout”. The game gives you a random set of items when you spawn so when you die you don’t lose anything you own. Not great items but great way to get familiar with the genre and game.

Some tips. Robots drop power bricks that can recharge your shield.

If you get knocked down when leaving the map, don’t give up! You can use the exit terminals while downed.

Shields reduce damage to your health. It’s not a second health bar. So always bandage yourself.
