The #RedSox agreeing to a one year 3.85 million dollar deal with a club option for 2026 for Duran is a great deal. Not only do you control his salary next year now but you also make the player feel valued.

Crochet being open to an extension and appearing to want to stay in Boston I’m hoping proves to other free agents the #RedSox could be serious contenders for the foreseeable future.

After seeing that report about Vladdy Jr everything about Casas makes sense. I’m not totally sold on the idea of trading Casas and MAYBE getting Vladdy. I know @bnightengale.bsky.social reported he would likely be in a #RedSox jersey next year with no extension from Toronto but things change

Dustin Pedroia is absolutely a hall of a famer especially considering what his numbers would’ve looked like if it wasn’t for the Machado incident. If Jeter was almost unanimous as statistically one of the worst defenders ever then Pedroia absolutely gets in. #RedSox

Trading Casas and then trading for Arenado to play 1st base if Devers is unwilling to move off 3rd is the dumbest idea I’ve ever heard. All of Arenado’s value is his glove at 3rd base #RedSox

If the #RedSox don’t sign an impact righty bat or resort to Grichuk ownership is really going to hear it from the fans and rightfully so. I’ve been very patient with them over these past few years but that may be my last straw unless they fill the need with Suzuki or similar.

Seeing Giolito will definitely be back for the #RedSox makes me love the rotation even more. I feel that he’s gonna be a big piece this year he’s getting overlooked big time.

There’s obviously a lot of skepticism around the Buehler signing due to having 2 tj’s but Eovaldi has also had 2 tj’s and he worked out great. #RedSox
