If these guys want to operate outside the law then they have to be willing to deal with the consequences that typically befall dictators at the end of their regime.

There are nonsensical narratives in America about constitutions--that they give us rights or they codify rights that somehow preexist. Constitutions are simply a list of the conditions, born from revolution, under which the people agree not to execute their rulers and hang them in the square.

An email I sent to my city councilmember this evening. I think large cities and state capitals should be making contingency plans in case of violence and attempted government takeovers by MAGA.

I'm noticing some rather concerning censorship on Bluesky. Anti-Israel posts being marked by Bluesky's own moderation service as "intolerance" (toward a protected group). I'm only seeing one account being censored, but is anyone else seeing this?
