I’ve heard many podcasters say something similar. Maybe the demo that simply uses YT for everything is way larger than those of us who use podcatchers.

Maybe I have the pendantry that comes from years of rigid corporate life, but my definition of “policy” is what’s in the handbook. There are a lot of gray areas in big companies where it’s not in the handbook so people don’t sue but HR blocks things. Another one is performance ratings.
