A Christmas Message from OWTB
First of all, a very Merry Christmas and Good Health to everyone - we hope you have a great time and don't have too much eggnog.
We know Christmas isn’t Merry for everyone though, and there’s stuff that can make this time of year really tough, from family politics to feeling lonely. So if the mention of the 25th December has got your palms all sweaty, you're not alone and there are people there to help.
If you're struggling this Christmas, here are some tools and support to help:
Mind:
0800 138 1692 or 01823 276 892 support and mental health helpline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They also have a browser based webchat facility if you don't feel like talking, that's available from 8am to 11pm.

The Samaritans can be contacted from any phone on 116 123, all day every day.
Also there are contact groups operating in Manchester over the next few days, one of which is the Booth Centre in Pimblett Street, Manchester, M3 1FU is open Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
