Latina workers lose about $1.2 million over the course of a 40-year career due to the wage gap.

This isn’t equity—it’s injustice. Latinas deserve fair pay now. #LatinaEqualPay

The Trump admin's claim that no one has died from cuts to USAID is devastatingly and disastrously untrue. Their attacks on USAID stranded lifesaving medication and children died waiting in the DRC. Congress cannot sit idly by and must fund lifesaving aid.

We can't let billionaire corporations get away with mistreating their workers to further pad their profit margins. We applaud Senator Hawley and @warren.senate.gov's bipartisan pressure on Amazon’s unfair schedules that prevent workers from managing child care, education, or a second job.

Established in 1938, child labor protections are now up for debate in 2025. 17 states have weakened child labor protections by lowering the age of working, extending the hours they can work, and removing the need for parental consent.

When Hurricane Katrina made landfall on August 29, 2005, it changed the Gulf Coast and the way Oxfam operates forever. Like so many of you, we watched in horror as the gov't failed to respond in the aftermath of the storm.

How disaster brought us together
Twenty years after Hurricane Katrina transformed Oxfam’s approach to domestic operations, we continue to uplift communities in the South.
