I'll go a bit further: The prey consenting isn't needed either as they're fictional. It's any involved players whose consent is needed. I fucking hate fatal, cruel or not, but fiction is fiction and people need to go back to the days of knowing how to look away and avoid what they dislike.

Oh, sweet! Mine should be arriving Monday, so pretty stoked! Trying not to dip too hard into this series of toys, but man oh man Blastrain just has way too many good things going for him.

Is it above? I had been under the impression it was below the knee. Still, it's not like it's unacceptable for a super mode to lose a little articulation, so I'm excited either way for this lad!

I'm really excited for Blastrain. Mine will be here Monday. Are all the joints solid? I assume there's no way to use the thigh swivel in "super mode" right? Small sacrifice given most everything else seems to still function...

So, for now, all to do is report it to Customer Service if affected, do the fix if you're not but want to be safe, and wait to see how they make it right, like with the Victory Saber set. It definitely hurt the excitement for a figure I wanted for 15 years, but online meltdowns don't do anything.

It absolutely should be something to hold Hasbro AND Takara accountable for, but it's also not doing any good to jump to "The sky is falling" responses when most people had it in hand for roughly a day when the issue was found. There's zero way to get a response that fast.

As someone in those threads: No one is making excuses. Saying "There's something to do until Hasbro's official response for those without damage yet" is simply urging folk to be adults. No price tag has ever stopped things like this, and having a meltdown doesn't help.

Hell, I bought the Voyager release and still got this deal when I saw it. I wanted Calcitron and Nightstrike enough to justify it (and I kinda misplaced Thundertron's sword, anyway...)
