Emergency Department Consultation/Review: $364 per visit

I am not a lawyer, but my understanding is that if Congress enacts a LAW mandating the release, then the DOJ must comply. "Ongoing investigations" doesn't cut it as an excuse. The "Ongoing investigations" excuse only applies to FOIA requests.
