Lots of different ways to translate this.
You can say 'codais', 'codais i', or 'codais i fynny'.
e.g. codais a cherddais i ffwrdd. I got up and walked away.
In conversation, I would say 'Mi wnes I godi'. It sounds less formal.
However, I am from North Wales, and I believe Duolingo is South Walian 😀
