I mixed a few recipes together lol
Boiled carrot, celery and onion in chicken broth (a bit of left over veggie broth) and some water with salt and pepper; once cooked down, blended the veggies, mixed it back in, cooked pasta in mixture and added peas and chicken. Added some butter, more s&p, lemon juice; topped with some OO & parm.

I feel like a green parka would be the best choice in this situation. Lousy Smarch weather.
