There is still a big chunk of young men reading more out there. Definitely see more girls in bookstore, but from my anecdotal experience there is still a solid chunk of dudes.

Saw an instagram reel the other day just saying roughly young couples are all girl who reads a ton and boy who spends $5000 a month on sports betting. Not entirely true, but there is a larger trend of women reading a bunch.

Gardening is such a nice mindful experience. You can focus just on the work your body is doing and the work to come. Too much snow for me to be doing that right now, but I know many people who have gotten into taking care of plants.

There’s also a Ted Nugent song called the same, that you can go read if you want to feel gross.

I have complicated feelings on this statement I have had some incredible cabbage in my life for sure, but not always.
