If you want to flip something in traditional art to check if it looks good mirrored (for any reason), use your phone turned off! The reflection will work as a mirror and you always have it on hand, it's quick and easy :) if you want something clearer, place the paper towards a source of light!

This x10000. I sometimes am too tired or busy to draw for weeks, and then come back with a fresher and newer perspective on things and end up absorbing information and drawing wayyyy better than if i was making myself draw everyday !!
"Draw every day" is straight up bad advice
Draw regularly, yes, but the hand is a muscle and like with any skill, rest days are critical. You need to rest and recharge, read/watch/play etc in order to keep those creative juices going
