If different neurotypes can’t learn to live together,
how can we expect people of different races, genders, and sexualities to?

Equality isn’t just tolerance, it’s understanding.
And understanding starts with listening to those who think differently,
not just those who look or love differently.

We crave honesty, clarity, logic, fairness.

When I was at school, I used to think the world had gone mad.
Everyone else seemed to follow rules that made no sense.
I see it clearer now, it wasn’t madness. It was just that my brain ran on logic in a world built on noise.
Still feels that way sometimes.

We don’t need fixing or eradicating.
We need space, patience, and a bit of faith that our way of thinking is worth something.
Autism isn’t a disease. It’s a way of being.
And a world that can’t accept that is the one that’s truly unwell. 3/3

So much energy goes into asking why we exist, instead of how we experience the world.
They study our genes, not our exhaustion.
They debate cures, not accommodations.
It’s easier to dissect us than to listen to us. 2/3

Society spends far more money trying to find the causes of autism than it does helping autistic people live better lives.
We don’t need to be “understood” in a lab.
We need to be understood as human beings, right here, right now. 1/3
