I'm a Human Resources consultant in Vancouver, Canada, and an avid labyrinth walker. I am writing a book about how the labyrinth is a powerful resource for team building and leadership development. I love living on the west coast of Canada!
In these fast-paced, demanding times, it’s worth pausing to take care of ourselves. Even a few quiet moments of mindfulness—walking, breathing, or simply being present—can help ease stress and restore balance. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is slow down.

Hi Matthew, I have not been on this site for a very long time. I look forward to hearing your experience with walking the labyrinth in a workplace setting. I am new to this site so I'm figuring out how this works. Thanks.

Hi,
I’m writing a book about the labyrinth in the workplace for team-building and leadership development. If you participated in a labyrinth walk through work—as part of a team, HR, or leadership initiative—I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience. Please feel free to DM me. Thank you.

I am a human resources consultant and a certified labyrinth facilitator, and I am writing a book about using the labyrinth as a team building and leadership development resource. Has anyone worked in a larger organization that has a labyrinth installation, and/or provided workshops with it?
