Guess I went for the walk n coffee.
Took a while but head feels slightly less buzzing with cortisol or whatever that is.

Now debating making coffee here, or getting one at a café ($$). But I really need to practice drawing on a tablet way more. But I feel the cortisol swimming thick in my skull from all the short nights of sleep over the weeks.

‪Can't remember many of my artistic influences' names. Names I knew by heart for decades. Actors. Colleagues. Titles of games I currently or have played. Etc. It's just real bad.

Insomnia didn't help, but maybe a lot of "Google to the rescue" over many years.

Looked for an artist online that I already follow but I was searching for another's name and was:"wait they're not on bsky anymore?". Named a few old colleagues in a few separate instances by the wrong name (someone else's). And forgot pretty much all new meets' names.
That part of my brain is FRIED

Too much text, not enough flow. Panels crawl to a stop. Big important beats reduced to a tiny panel. Spontaneous emotions in n out. But I don't know about "limits". Aren't page counts still the same?

So...the federal representative of my area, if signing petitions, is the only elected member of a party across all of Eastern Canada (NDP). Well, as useful as throwing a pebble in the ocean. Still, "signatures" on that petition still amounts to something.
