My choices for the fantasy #sumo tournament at Moto-i in #Minneapolis. Some choices were based on vibes. Could have been more strategic when it comes to kinboshi and sansho. Oh well. Excited about watch parties, though. My family just rolls their eyes at me when I talk sumo.

Had a training in the #StKate's Old Main bldg in the Riverside Fairview campus in #Minneapolis. Long ago turned into meeting space and offices, it clearly once was an elegant living and classroom space with a lovely auditorium on the top floor. Made me nostalgic for a past I never knew. #Minnesota

The 15 year-old has a 90s dress-up day for school next week. Found my old letter jacket, minus most of my old pins. He simply doesn't understand how cool it really was... even if the original owner wasn't.

Gingerbread dough is super sticky and hard to work with. This #BurningMan has arms too short, and cross-supports that didn't turn out, so it won't stand up. I hope it is just the recipe. Thank goodness for test batches.
