I think there's a combination of things that happened this season that contributed to our unevenness and inconsistencies.
So, we're in a hole where we need to win out our remaining games and then hope some arcane math helps us to advance beyond the regular season.

My Lions coulda'... Sure looked capable of an upset that first half and securing an important win to remain in the hunt for a wild card playoff spot, but a poorly played second half... Shit... Still, that TD ruling in the 3rd was inexplicable and egregious. Deservingly controversial af... #OnePride

Played hooky this past Monday so I could spend a little bit of it at Detroit's Hart Plaza for an Indigenous Peoples' Day Pow Wow. A nice turnout for an event that hadn't been staged downtown in thirty years. Well spent... Every so often you owe yourself such a day.

Jeremiah Johnson isn't just my favorite Robert Redford film... It is one of my all-time faves... Three Days of the Condor, All the President's Men, Brubaker, The Candidate, Sneakers, An Unfinished Life are easy "likes", too... More, I very much respected his political opinions and insights.
