Just read Meet Me at the Lake, it’s my fourth book from @carleyfortune.bsky.social and my absolute favorite of hers. I got through the whole thing just fine. But the authors note?! I began sobbing. Having PPA & PP OCD 4 times was brutal & it feels like no one understands. Only thoughts 🫶🏼

I was having trouble with this one. The first hour and a half was so confusing. So we stuck with it all day, I have an hour left and I’m glad I kept up with it! It’s so good! @jodipicoult.bsky.social is incredible and I should never have any doubts. 😅🤪🫶🏼
