X has an odd sense of adoration towards the sonic series, so he'd hold a bit of respect towards them.

However, that's not enough to stop him from twisting and torturing them.

He wouldn't act like a fanboy, instead he'd act the same way he does towards a victim. Which we all know by now.

A lot of people seemed to think I meant base Sonic alone would be able to easily take out X.

I actually meant that it would take Sonic reaching new heights to defeat X, and that's why he would win.

Imagine how cool it'd be for Sonic to achieve a new super form in order to beat X.

The difference is that X wouldn't be able to win, as they are more capable and in control than the victims in X's games.

I really think only Sonic could beat X, because they're sort of mirrors in a way. It's a test to see who can keep pushing themself further, who can get back up again.
