I can’t freaking do anything!!

My friends deserve better than me. I ghost them for years yet they still try to talk and include me.

I don’t deserve them but I’m happy they keep me in mind.

I’ve been suffering a shit ton of Memory loss. I forget skills, Names, people, so on so forth.

What am I gonna do? Relax. I am a stressed person.

I have Combined ADHD and I’m autistic.

I’m going to kill each of my problems starting with perfectionism.
