Considering that it is right in front of a huge parking lot, what are the chances that this building is torn down for another resort hotel, or DL expansion connected to another resort hotel?

Probably up front? Dollywood has amazing scenery but you don’t really see it from the ground as much. Thrill rides go higher but Dollywood also caters to a family and senior crowd who wouldn’t want to do a hyper (and that’s what would be built second).

Food is a lot more subjective and you may only eat/snack a few times a day compared to rides, shows, shopping, etc. Not uncommon for people to ask for dining recommendations ahead of their visit.

Budget-minded people also want to get the most bang for their buck, and with food prices that is hard.

Dollywood could use an observation tower ride. That pairs with the train as a family ride to see the scenery.

Looked at doing Lagoon and driving to Denver (Glenwood Caverns and Elitch), but I don’t know how possible that is.

Beyond that, toying with the idea of doing a quick Lagoon trip.

Lagoon, Six Flags Mexico, Silverwood, Wild Adventures, La Ronde, Adventureland (Iowa), Elitch Gardens, and Magic Springs are some of the last big parks I have yet to visit in North America with 5+ coasters.

I’d like to hit 650 next year. Maybe make it back to BGW for The Wolf’s Revenge. NJ has 3 credits I still don’t have plus Jenkinson’s Boardwalk is getting a new ride, and still waiting on Massanutten’s mountain coaster to open.

Probably X2 at SFMM if I had to pick one. Railblazer and Gold Striker at CGA, Giant Dipper at SCBB, Medusa at SFDK, Rapterra at King’s Dominion all get honorable mentions.

There’s still time for them to build a Value “Art of Star Wars” resort. Don’t make it all canon/in-universe, and let the IP not take itself so seriously.

Give guests windows and a Millennium Falcon-shaped pool, etc.

People forget that theme parks are private property. And breaking code of conduct rules is not the same as discrimination for things people cannot control or change about themselves.
