highly consider donating to Beautyafterbruises.org, a very small organization that provides financial aid and a "therapy box" - a small collection of trauma-focused workbooks, journal, comfort items, etc. to CPTSD survivors. trauma-focused therapy is extremely expensive and hard to obtain.
