As a former employee, that company has completely given into the corporate overlord structure. Everything is about hitting quotas and money. There is zero soul in that work environment. Good people, but chained to quarterly interest.

He was inconsistent from 50+ which seems to be the bar. But so is Matt Gay so I don't see why he isn't either.
