- is largely used for cosmetics and more or less to skip the grind, which in itself is a significant part of the game. You can trade for it though! Up to you if you want to put it in but it's probably my favorite f2p game at the moment and I haven't spent on it yet! (I wanna support devs though </3)

i looked briefly into what could even really be done bc i think it genuinely is just a really bad pulled muscle (no numbness, localized pain, could probably be narrowed down to a particular muscle) and honestly im not keen on the idea of spending uh [looks at local urgent care] $90 for pain meds Now
