Instead of "Medicare for all" which sounds like you have no choice "Medicare for anyone" (anybody) where you can choose to use it as your insurance. It would likely be quite popular and corporations would stop providing insurance to save money and so in the end a lot of people would use it.

Crypto is much less anonymous than many people assume. Investigators combine on-chain, off-chain, and behavioral data to link an address to a real-world identity. This is why cryptocurrency is frequently used as evidence, not protection, in criminal cases.
