my plan for getting back on track after a binge cycle:
-2 meals a day + a snack is allowed if i feel weak
-have green tea, coffee, water, ect to help with cravings
-vaping as an appetite suppressant (plz don't start if u haven't already 💫)
-some sort of workout once a day
